Beauty Empties | Sheet Masks 2.0

Thursday 28 December 2017

Finally, it's the last day of 2017 and I want to share with you guys the sheet masks that I've bought and used plus the ones that I've tried some that were gifted to me from other sheet mask addicts and PR companies. These are all the ones that I've accumulated for the past 3 months so let's get into it!

The above, my regulars from THE FACE SHOP and Innisfree. I also tried another sheet mask line from Innisfree; Skin Clinic Mask. Unlike their daily sheet mask, the variants for this line is so specific as the ones that I've tried are Peptide (anti-wrinkle), catechin (purifying Green Tea) and Madecassoside (soothing and calming). Sounds so science-y don't you think? I'm definitely down for upgrade for sure. The sheet for this mask line is so thin and I'm telling you guys that it made me addicted to thin sheet masks! Stay tuned for more to come after this!

I only got several more of those Mediheal X LINE Friends sheet masks and considering to buy the ones upgraded version in their original packaging. I did a review on that Mediheal White Hydrating Black Mask EX so do check that out!

B.Liv Malaysia sent me their latest Nano Bio-Cellulose sheet masks to try and again, if you haven't read my review on these babies, please check them out as these are just so good or I need to try another five Bio-cellulose masks to try and compare them in order to legitimise my review. They are overall just filled your skin with moisture as all of them are lined with Hyaluronic Acids and coupled with ingredients that are targeting specific concerns for anti-aging, optimised hydration level and soothing inflamed skin. Love them all and I'm seriously considering getting them in boxes.

I got that Blossom Jeju mask from Kurator Malaysia as a Gift With Purchase and I know it's being raved among those who love premium skincare but as I haven't done much research before using it, I ended up using the whole packet of facial oil though I was taken by surprise when I didn't break out from it. Probably going to get the new upgraded version now available at their store.

I finally tried a Papa Recipe mask that have been raved among those with dry skin so when its number come up for me to to use it during October's masking challenge; Honey category , I'm so happy! There are 4 variants available at Sasa Malaysia and I started with the one that I anticipated the most; the whitening one. It does brightened up my skin a little bit but I love how well it moisturised my flaky jawline area!

Now, I have to say that Skinfood mask is the first snail-based product and I'm going to say outright that I love this stuff! I was afraid to try any before this but guess I'm okay with it! Let me get some more of this! I love that dusty pink by the way! Perfect undertone!

I also picked up some sheet masks from brands that I haven't tried before like SNP, Pascucci, and Color Combos. For me, all of these are basic sheet masks that I use in the morning as they're refreshing and hydrating at the same time.

The above are some of the sheet masks that Putihtalk sent me for review purposes but for now, do visit my Instagram as I did a micro review on them as required. Overall, I'm just frustrated with the fact that none of the sheet masks are readily available here in Malaysia as I really like all of them!

Recently, I've also discovered affordable sheet masks from the brand A'Pieu and it's great that these are easy to get your hands on as they're available online and Malaysia-based as well so no waiting time for shipping Seoul-KL and to KK for East Malaysian like me. I got all the variants for the two sheet masks above so do stay tuned for my review on them.

As I was also getting sheet masks from our local drugstores; Watsons and Guardian, I've encountered those cute in-house brand with fruit-themed packaging (again these are for October's mask challenge) and a new brand being introduced in Guardian, LipHop. It's from Korea and the products aren't just sheet masks as I do noticed lines of skincare as well.

Some variants of my favourite Taiwanese sheet masks; My Beauty Diary the new 2017 upgraded version of Natural Key series. There are two types of serums; Hydrating which is slightly milky and thick serum whereas the Refreshing serum is slightly watery and transparent gel. Love the refreshing ones (Damask Rose and Royal Pearl) for morning masking while the hydrating ones (Natto and Imperial Bird's Nest) for my night session. Overall, love them and will repurchase when I actually finished all 25 of them as I bought 2 or 3 for each of 10 variants. I know it's a lot but that's just me when it comes to stuffs I know I'm going to keep coming back to and it's great as I got them at discounted prices at Sasa Malaysia. They sell My Beauty Diary sheet masks in boxes (8 pieces per box)  at RM49.90 or loose packets RM6.90 per piece but I got them at RM25 for 5 pieces.

Of course, one of my favourite variants from Naruko, it's cooling so and perfect for chilling out after work. Those from Dr. Morita are black masks that are great for morning session. One of the first Japanese sheet masks I've tried and it's quite average despite its price but I guess I'm going to finish all the four them before putting my final thought on them. I got them at at RM40 for 2 boxes of 4.

Phew! I guess that's all of it! I'll see you guys on the next post. Annyeong and Happy New year 2018!

Mask Review | Naruko Bunga Raya Snow White Ice-Cooling Mask

Friday 22 December 2017
On my previous post, I talked about how I'm loving daily sheet masks from affordable Taiwanese brand; Naruko and I actually tried another variant from this brand that I really like to the point of ordering the whole box for myself after trying one.

This time around, I'm going to share with you guys about this really cool sheet mask, literally.

Description ||

Provides hydration, evens out the skin tone and reveals calmed, soothed skin.

Usage time || 15 to 20 minutes

Impression || I was really pretty skeptical at first when it comes to cooling sensation, thinking this probably just gonna feel fresh but boy, it’s cooling like putting my face on the wall of my fridge. Yes, it happened way before when I foolishly tried one of those local products that gave me burning sensation. I don’t have thermometer with me though.

Hibiscus extracts are known for many of its great features such its ability to even out skin tone, anti-aging property as it's rich in antioxidants e.g. anthocyanosides but of course these applied when it's in high concentration i.e. skincare products. Still, a low concentration but repetitive usage as in using it for daily sheet mask session can probably give you some result.

This mask also contains Niacinamide for brightening and Panthenol for soothing which both are my favourite ingredients right now. Did you noticed the pinkish essence for this mask? Now that’s a first for me.

My thoughts || I love this sheet mask! I was right about using the mask in my morning session. It hydrates, soothes and actually brightens up my skin a little bit. After 20 minutes, though there’s a lot of essence not yet fully absorbed, I just tapped my facial area lightly for a minute till it dries down and I just love how it doesn’t leave me with tacky finish. I just followed up with light moisturiser and my favourite anti-pollution sunscreen.

Overall, 4/5. A minus point would be the preservative (phenoxyethanol) being high up on the ingredients list but that’s just it. I guess that’s why masks from Naruko usually have 3 years of shelf life.

Purchased from Hermo Malaysia at RM36 per box of 10 sheets which is awesome compared to RM6.90 at Watsons Malaysia. Definitely will repurchase!

That's all from me, I'll see you guys on my next post! Annyeong~

Blogger Mail | Hermo Christmas Holiday Like a Star

Sunday 17 December 2017

Approaching towards the end of 2017 with sales both online and offline; I mean seriously? Have you walked down the shopping wings in Imago, KK Times Square the recent weeks? I know I did though only for a little bit of time as things at work rather multiplied itself around this time of the year. Which is why lunch hour at the office can't be more exciting with the online deals, vouchers and discounts especially at Hermo Malaysia

Now, talk about this Holiday season, whether I'm just hanging out at home for the weekend or a quick getaway with my family, COSRX products are always be among my beauty essentials. Be it my favourite exfoliating cleanser, Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser, my One-Step Pimple Clear Pad to remove dead skin cells and my new favourite, One Step Pimple Clear Kit which include a cleanser, the toner pad and a sheet mask in one packet; all of these are among the products I have in my weekender bag.

Of course, with my current obsession towards sheet masking and as I've been using at least once a day in my evening routine (sometimes morning), I just had to grab these great daily sheet masks from Naruko. I got the above 5 variants along with the limited edition that only being released here in my country, Malaysia; the Bunga Raya Snow White Ice Cooling Mask.

I've been loving lots of regular or daily sheet masks as I call it as they're simple, easy to use and the texture is refreshing and hydrating at the same time; two things I need throughout the weekdays as I don't really have much time for a 10-step skincare routine in the morning. Just cleanse, tone, do the sheet mask for 10 to 15 minutes, light moisturiser and finish off with a light-textured chemical sunscreen. Then, getting ready for about 20 minutes and I'm off to work!

I've been into shopping online for Korean beauty products since 2014 and quite honestly I don't even know that I'm a Platinum member on Hermo Malaysia until I started to use their Mobile App and saw the member status on the Account page. I usually just put things on my cart and checkout while I'm shopping on my desktop. Though I can't enjoy the member privilege during the sale time but still, the deals are just so irresistible!

I guess that's all for now and I'll be seeing you guys on my next post!

Skincare Diary | Brightening AM Skincare Routine

Friday 8 December 2017

For my morning skincare routine, I focus on brightening beauty products and these days I prefer to have simple i.e. 3 to 4 steps with lightweight consistency so my sunscreen can glide on smoothly.

As I received the brightening tone-up cream from THE FACE SHOP Malaysia back in October, I went and got myself the rest of the skincare line except the face cream as I still have my LANEIGE White Plus Renew Original Cream as my brightening day moisturiser.

The White Seed Exfoliating Cleansing Foam contains small beads that can help in removing dead skin cells as I wash my face. I just need small amount of this as I don't need deep cleansing especially in the morning.

As for the White Seed Brightening Toner, it works like a regular toner to me. The consistency is still watery with milky colour that disappear once I wipe my facial area with cotton pads. I usually go for a second sometimes third time with this toner for extra moisture by merely tapping my skin with it.

The White Seed Brightening Lotion that goes after my morning sheet mask routine is a nice lightweight moisturiser that helps the White Seed Spotlight Radiance Cream; the tone-up cream to glide on my skin evenly and smoothly. I only use the White Seed Pure Vitamin Concentrate at night for spot treatment.

Then, I followed up with my current favourite chemical sunscreen also from the brand, Natural Sun Eco Daily Essence SPF40/PA+++ as it's really light in consistency and just perfect for under makeup.

I have to say that I'm liking this routine as I don't feel congested throughout the day and for the time being, I solely depend on my sebum-controlling and pore-blurring primer, Benefit POREfessional Primer for my oily T-zone area.

I guess that's a quick look on my morning skincare routine. I'll see you guys on the next entry under this Skincare Diary.

Until next post, annyeong~

Mask Review | Mediheal W.H.P Black Mask EX

Sunday 3 December 2017
There are several types of material for the sheet when it comes to facial sheet masks and charcoal is one of them. You might be interested to try one with this ingredient as it helps with detoxifying your skin, reducing skin inflammation and what I love the most is its sebum or oil controlling function for my T-zone.

Description ||

Whitening and moisturising power mask sheet includes the ingredients excellent in whitening; Niacinamide, Euterpe oleracea fruit extract and great moisturising effect ingredients such as skin Aquaxyl (Xylityl glucoside, Anhydroxylitol and xylitol).

The black sheet mask emitting far-infrared radiation on skin increases skin elasticity.

Usage time || 10 to 20 minutes.

Impression || I already know that I’m going to love the fit for this Mediheal masks. The essence is clear and slightly thicker than regular mask so I think this is more on ampoule type sheet mask and the amount is a lot! I could even spread the extra on my neck area. After use, I feel my skin hydrated, brightened, fresh and slightly matte.

My thoughts || I super love this number from the brand. It does what it claims and I would prefer to use it in the morning next time. Definitely will repurchase soon.

Overall, 5/5. Super love it! It’s on my Top Black Sheet Mask List. Purchased from Watsons Malaysia online store for RM9 each but I’m pretty sure you can better price online.

So that's a quick review from me! I see you guys on my next post. Annyeong~

Beauty Talk | DIY Cleansing Pads

Monday 27 November 2017
Few months ago, I've discovered this Japanese brand; Bifesta and I can't deny the fact that I'm obsessed especially with the cleansing water to the point I even bought other variants; Bright Up and Enrich as I do want to see the difference.

As with other cleansing waters, you can use this product to remove makeup but when it comes to this one from Bifesta, that's just the first cotton pad. Go ahead and use the second pad for a thorough cleansing and a third pad for toning your skin and you can just get right into your skincare routine or in my case for most nights these days; sleeping masks as I'm just too tired to do full routine.

As I'll be needing lots cotton pads per evening cleansing routine, I figured that I need to pre-soak them so it's easy for me to just take one out from a container and use one right away.

I use the Sebum Cleansing Lotion for this time around, Shiseido Facial Cotton that I bought at Sasa Malaysia here in Imago KK Times Square and a biscuit container with a lid that I found rolling around in the office recently.

I usually just put in around 30 pads at one time i.e. for 8 to 10 days usage. One cotton pad usually need 1 to 2 pumps so I pumped about 25 pumps into the container and indeed all cotton pads are soaked with the lotion and ready to be used. I placed this on my bedside table so it's easy for me to just do the routine while laying on my bed. I know! It's only when I'm really tired.

So I guess that's all from me! I'll see you guys on my next post! Annyeong~

Roomie Rants | Online Shopping Addict 2.0

Friday 24 November 2017
In continuation of the previous episode of Roomie Rants, a colleague of mine needed boxes to pack some documents to be delivered to our clients; drawings, reports, some utensils i.e. different size of stuffs and it's definitely not wise to pack them all together in a single big box available as it'll be too heavy to lift.

As the two of us were standing in the middle of the office, my roomie which is also my colleague came to save us damsels in distress.

If you guys need several boxes, I think I saw a 'tower' at the back (our pantry) area.

Hearing that coming out from her, I quickly know exactly what she meant. Few minutes later, she came back with my babies. Well, empty babies. I know I was supposed to throw them out already but I'm such a hoarder and I like building my Tower of Fame. Yep, that's what I called the one at home.

I literally can't roll my eyes to her any bigger as we were packing the stuffs.

The next day, as we entered our office, we both heard our cleaner was sighing in relief when she found out that she doesn't have to throw out those boxes and my roomie literally can't roll her eyes any bigger.

Review | THE FACE SHOP Natural Sun Eco Anti-Pollution Sun Cream SPF50+ PA+++

Monday 13 November 2017
As you're probably expected from my previous post, here I am with another review on this sunscreen product from THE FACE SHOP with anti-pollution function. If you're someone who commute to work by using public transport or you're always working outdoors; exposed with polluted environment under the sun and in need of sunscreen product then this product might worth the try.

This particular product is a new addition to the brand's sunscreen line; Natural Sun Eco on top of the other sunscreen products that are already available at their stores. Overall, the brand offers you a wide range of products that cater to your skin needs and that doesn't limit to skincare only as their sunscreen products cover your oily, dehydrated or dry skin but this new addition goes extra mile buy protecting you against environmental stressors like fine dust that can penetrate deep into your skin.

Review | THE FACE SHOP Natural Sun Eco Daily Sun Essence SPF40 PA+++

Wednesday 8 November 2017
I bet you're thinking that why in the world I'm reviewing a sunscreen in the middle of the wettest month of the year here in Malaysia or you're thinking that we do not need to use sunscreen on these cloudy days or you're just curious that how is it possible for a sunscreen to exist in light consistency? Will it protect my skin well?

There are so much to learn when it comes to sunscreen and I'm pretty sure you guys are having hard time choosing and trying numbers of sunscreens as with skincare products, we always want to find the right ones that work the best with our skin especially in this hot and humid weather all year round. Lots of sunscreens are available in the market that surely can cater to your preferences and for me, for those days when I stay at home all day or cafe hopping during the weekends, I need a simple sunscreen that works great on top of my morning skincare or underneath my daily makeup.

But first, let me talk a little bit about this latest addition to THE FACE SHOP Malaysia sunscreen line; Natural Sun Eco Daily Sun Essence.

Blogger Mail | THE FACE SHOP Malaysia Natural Sun Eco Sunscreens

Sunday 5 November 2017

Just last week, another package arrived from one of my favourite Korean beauty brand and this time around, I'm going to bring you guys to a short trip down the sunscreen galore as I will be introducing new additions to the brand's sunscreen line along with other existing products which are already available at their physical stores here in Malaysia and their e-store.

THE FACE SHOP Natural Sun Eco is a natural sun protection product line containing organic sunflower sprout extract with strengthen anti-oxidants effects

There are currently 4 types of sunscreen with 3 comes in a limited edition The Simpsons Family packaging available at the store and they just added another 2 to the line. Several number of products for one main function i.e. to protect your skin off the sun rays could possibly confuse you so for these items, I will be highlighting each one of them according to their functions or depending on what you prefer for your type of skin and its usage.

Now, let's get started!

Review | THE FACE SHOP White Seed Spotlight Radiance Cream

Thursday 19 October 2017
When it comes to Korean base makeup these days, it is more than just applying a cushion foundation and a primer together. There are colour-correcting base that even comes in cushion type of packaging, many types of primers that are not merely focusing on hydration level of the skin and so much more. All of that however, are makeup products and if you're someone like me who emphasise more on skincare and want to use less amount of makeup to achieve a healthy-looking skin then you're going to like this new cream from the THE FACE SHOP.

As mentioned in my previous post, White Seed is a basic brightening skincare targeting beauty enthusiasts aged 25 and below that uses white seed complex and 3-step real brightening system to keep skin bright and transparent. As the moisturiser from this skincare line is a cream with brightening function; this product shares the same concept with added instant brightening effect to skin complexion.

First, let's go a little bit into the basic details for this product.

MBD Style | Women’s Winter Fashion Essentials

Tuesday 17 October 2017
If you're in the UK or bound to the country anytime soon, you are currently heading into the thick of winter. As a result, expectations are that you prep your wardrobe for this upcoming cold season. However, even though being warm will be essential at this time, you can still do it with some style. The following is a list of some of the top women’s winter fashion essentials and all of these can be found at most of the top catalogue retailers

Mid-rise straight leg jeans

With the warm season out the door, it is time that you skip those skinny jeans and opt for a black or dark-blue straight leg pair instead. You can finish this off with ballet flats, your favourite loafers, or even decide to tuck them into a pair of high boots or uggs that are well suited for the cold weather.

Fitted jacket

A short, but at the same time snug fitted jacket, that reaches the hips is a great choice for the cold season. Even though black might be the color that comes to mind for most women, you can try something different like a cream or navy blue color. A fitted jacket can go well with skirts, dresses, jeans, pants, or simply anything you can find in your wardrobe.

Black pencil skirt

For those who still have to work during the winter season, a black pencil skirt is not only a warm option, but also a sophisticated, flattering, and versatile one. Just remember to go with something that has minor draping or a little stretch. You can also finish it off with tights and pumps (or booties). Furthermore, make sure you do not wear it with a flat shoe.

Cardigans

Fashion experts consider cardigans to be an all year round fashion piece since they go well with practically anything. Their added advantage is they are also quite warm, which makes them perfect for the winter season. You can create and effortless and wonderful look with a three-quartered or long-sleeved cardigan, finished off with some fitted pants or straight-leg jeans and maybe add your own personal touch and add badges on it.

I guess that's all from me! It's a lovely time of the year so if you're traveling to cold countries, make sure to pack your essentials, including proper skincare products and makeup items that suit the weather, travel journal, and maybe an Instax camera. have a safe journey and  I'll see you guys on the next post! Au revoir!

Review | THE FACE SHOP THE THERAPY Toning Moisture Blending Formula Cream

Wednesday 11 October 2017
I have recently made a major change in my skincare routine as I've been indulging my skin with more anti-ageing skincare products and I have to say that my skin has never been so well-moisturised though I have to admit that for the past few years ever since I've started using Korean skincare, I've only been using brightening skincare products that sometimes tends to dry out my skin. Then, in order to counter that dryness especially around the lower half of my facial area, I got myself a different moisturiser just to smooth out the dry patches. Then again, I still want to have a brightening skincare product that can help me to achieve that healthy, glowing and bright-looking skin.

As I mentioned in my previous post, this product is a type of Blending Cream from THE FACE SHOP's THE THERAPY anti-ageing skincare line with brightening and tone-up function. A Blending Cream that is luxuriously moisturising anti-ageing cream that holds a blend of French Sea Water that is rich in mineral and natural Essential Oils extracted from Sandalwood, Avocado and Palmarosa; now added with Calamine Powder and Niacinamide to give the skin intense hydration, anti-ageing benefits and instant brightening effect.

First, let's go a little bit into the basic details for this product.

Blogger Mail | THE FACE SHOP Malaysia Tone-Up Moisturisers

Thursday 5 October 2017
As promised in my previous post on the new revamped THE FACE SHOP Malaysia online store, I'm going to share with you guys on the products that I received from the brand team on these recently launched items but first, let me talk a little bit about their online order delivery.

When you placed an order via the official E-store, your order will delivered to your door within a sturdy box with the brand logo on it. I do think they use EasyParcel service and as stated in their FAQ page, they use either PosLaju Malaysia, CityLink Express or DHL to deliver your orders.

All items except sample sachets are properly wrapped using bubble wrappers which is truly a saver as to avoid the products from being teared open which can lead to broken bottles while on delivery. The packaging of each of the products aren't dented so that's another plus!

Now, let's get onto the good stuffs that were sent to me.

Online Shopping | THE FACE SHOP Malaysia

Monday 2 October 2017
Finally. That's the word that came out of my mouth the second I got to the revamped THE FACE SHOP Malaysia online store. If you've been reading my blog for quite sometime, you guys know that my first and one of my favourite Korean beauty brand is THE FACE SHOP. I'm not gonna share with you guys the basic things like how to sign up for an account today as I'm pretty sure you all can check it out all here; I'll be highlighting the new updated feature instead. Now, let's get right into it!

The online store was fine before but only on the Desktop mode as the Mobile mode was kind of nightmare to be frank but not anymore! I'm loving the current design and layout even better perhaps thanks to my ever growing interest towards minimalist design but first, just look at the Mobile version of the website!

It is now so easy to navigate around the online store and I just love how they feature products on New Arrivals and Bestsellers section as most of the time I just want to have a quick update on what's new and hot.

Beauty Empties | Sheet Masks 1.0

Saturday 30 September 2017

You guys must've realised that I've been obsessing with sheet masking on daily basis so for today's post, I want to share with you guys the sheet masks that I've used throughout the last month of August and don't be surprised to see the numbers, okay!

Mask Review | b.liv Nano Bio-Cellulose Mask in Soothe Me Now, Hydrate Away and Age Eraser

Friday 29 September 2017
Which sheet mask is the best that you've tried in the whole of your skincare journey? Mine is right here. It's moisturising, brightening, smoothening and so much more! Oh, well! I guess I just gave it all away. Still, if you want to know more about these sheet masks that I'm talking about, just keep on reading!

Few weeks ago, b.liv Malaysia team had sent me these 3 babies for my skin to try and I am in love with all of them! As I mentioned in my blogger mail unboxing post previously, there are 3 variants for this Nano Bio-Cellulose mask line; Soothe Me Now, Hydrate Away and Age Eraser.

First, let's talk about the sheet for this mask. This nano-scaled fibre structure sheet that hugs my facial area so nice like a teddy bear. I'm not kidding! The adherence to skin is so strong that even when I'm walking or sitting on a chair, the sheet slips so slightly down but still, for the best and utmost result, I'd recommend for you to lay down and let the mask do the work.

Every sheet comes with a plastic cover which I'm going to suggest for you to remove this first, put on the mask, adjust accordingly and then remove that perforated veil. I'd try it the other way but it's hard adjusting the sheet under that plastic film.

Beauty Empties 14.0 | September

Thursday 28 September 2017

Now that we've reached to the end of September; the third quarter of this year, it's time for another round Empties post and as per usual, let's go to skincare empties first!

I've finished the second tub of that THE FACE SHOP Chia Seed Sebum Control Moisture Cream and as much as I want to repurchase as it's indeed great as day moisturiser but you guys know me; I want to try other products. I've talked about LANEIGE White Plus Renew products that I've finished in last Empties post and at this time around, I've emptied the Skin Refiner and Emulsion sisters. I gotta say that these are the last ones I have in my stash and although I still have 2 bottles of essence and 2 tubs of creams, I'm not going to repurchase these as I'm already looking forward to try the new upgraded White Dew skincare line. I also have finished the first full-sized tub of LANEIGE Water Sleeping Pack_EX. I really like it as it retain and I'm glad to let you guys know that this sleeping mask is a staple in my routine and I've already repurchased this although I've got the the latest upgraded version; Water Sleeping Mask being the fourth upgrade since its launched back in 2002. I know last time I said I said I'll purchase the new Firming Sleeping Mask but not to worry as I've got the deluxe sample of it to try.

As for cleansers, I've managed to finish Bifesta Sebum Cleansing Lotion and its sister Sebum Foaming Whip. These are my favourite among the other variants that I've bought and I'd be sure to come back tho these once I've finished everything. That COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser is the first tube that I've finished and I've already got my backup for it. It's gentle, cleanse really well, doesn't dry out my skin and I absolutely loving it!

I've replaced my night moisturiser with brightening sleeping mask from LANEIGE which is the White Plus Renew Capsule Sleeping Pack on several nights the past months and I quite liking it! My skin appeared brightened, smooth and plumped with hydration! That small bottle is actually the Spot Ampoule that I've added to my night routine as I applied on my acne scars. I do feel like it's drying my skin so I dialed down the usage from every night to every other night and the dryness reduced significantly.

I've also managed to finish handful of deluxe samples! There are the LANEIGE cleansing oils, Multi Cleanser, and Mini Pore Blurring Tightener. I still got several more of these so I won't rush in buying the full-sized version for those that I actually like.

I also decided to give the no. 1 bestselling product from Innisfree which is The Green Tea Seed Serum a try for a week as I've used up the sample sachets and deluxe samples. I gotta say I'm liking it already and I've purchased the full-sized version recently. As for those Green Tea skincare samples, I do find them rather average in moisturising as I've brought them to my weekend trip recently and I guess I won't be purchasing the full-sized versions. The Innisfree Jeju Orchid Skin however was so nice and I've added it to my shopping list probably next year as I've already got my next toner that I want to use. Those Capsule Recipe Packs also from the brand were great but I don't think I want to get them anytime soon as I still got some more in my stash as GWPs from my last Innisfree hauls.

I've also finished the deluxe samples for THE FACE SHOP Chia Seed Sebum Control Moisture Water and Cream as I've used up the full-sized versions.

Lastly, let's go to body care products!

Instead of going back to my usual Sunsilk green bottle shampoo, I've gotten the Hijab Recharge Anti-Dandruff instead but I guess it didn't perform any magic in solving my dandruff and scalp issue. Not going to repurchase. This time I've finished the Hair Conditioner from Melilea as I didn't get the conditioner from Sunsilk and I do find it quite average in softening my hair. Not going to repurchase as well.

For hand care, I only finished that huge tube of hand cream, Lea Mind Protective Hand Cream also from Melilea but the scent for this is quite overpowering not in any way that I like so although it's moisturising my dry hands, I won't be repurchasing this.

So I guess that's all from me. I hope you enjoyed this post as much I'm very much satisfied with these products are being used up. Off their went into a real bin.

I'll see you guys on my next post! Anneyong~

Blogger Mail | b.liv Malaysia

Thursday 21 September 2017
