Beauty Haul | Sephora and M.A.C

Friday 2 September 2016
I used to post Beauty Haul of the month at the end of that month but I've been changing my schedule and do my shopping at the beginning of the month so I guess they won't be much difference, right?

These days, my heart just scream "more makeup, please!" even though my brain (and my bank!) nodding my head and pulled me away every time I was passing by Sephora and makeup boutiques. But of course, I can't just not to get anything when Sephora was having Double Points day. For the sake of getting Sephora Gold!! haha

First off, I finally bagged ZOEVA Rose Golden Eyeshadow Palette! I've been wanting to get this for so long as this probably the only rose palette that suits my medium skin tone. I remember the day Urban Decay Naked 3 was launched, I went to Sephora to get it but none of the colours actually shows up on my lid so my search for a perfect a rose palette finally came to an end when I found this. The shadows are buttery and highly pigmented just like my Naturally Yours palette and the colours in this palette are wearable, can go from day to night and suits every occasion for me.

I also got myself ZOEVA 228 Luxe Crease as I don't have any crease brush in my brush collection. I only got 2 brushes so far but God knows I want to increase my collection. The bristles are not really that harsh to me but that really depends on one's preference. My Etude House eyeshadow brushes are great but they're so basic and with new palettes, I definitely want to play with more colours and techniques.

Next is Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional Face Primer. I've been wanting to get this for so long as I really want to compare it to Innisfree primers. Some bloggers said that the Innisfree ones are quite comparable in terms of performance. I'll definitely gonna update you on that!

I saw Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks when the collection was first launched but the colours that I wanted were out of stock so only recently when I went back to the store and grabbed two colours that are sitting on top of my lipstick-to-buy wishlist which are Rush and Manic. Next color to get is Ravenswood. Love rose and wine-based colours. Any suggestion? Let me know.

Mum is actually the one who's into M.A.C as she loves their foundations (though that love reciprocates when I bought her first cushion foundation from Laneige) and I bought my first M.A.C lipstick last year and been wanting to get some more but of course I got distracted with other things on my list so only recently I got my hands on Whirl, a matte lipstick along with a lip pencil that can be used together with my Persistence

I guess that's all I got for this month! I hope you enjoy reading this post and if you have anything to recommend, let me know by leaving comments down below.

Until next post, annyeong~
