Review: Etude House It's Real Mini Pack: Carrot

Monday 17 February 2014
Hello, lovelies! How's your Monday? It's been very tiring for me. Typical uni life. :)

But yeah I've rested enough and today I'd like to share with you guys a mask pack that I used recently which is this mask pack from It's Real line of products from Etude House.

There are 5 featured ingredients for this line, which are Broccoli (Antioxidant Care), Sea Kelp (Moisturising Care), Pumpkin (Lifting Care), Chestnut Shell (Exfoliating Care) and Carrot (Brightening Care) which I'm going to review today.

Product Description:
Formulated with 6000mg of Carrot.
Makes skin feel luxuriously soft and radiant.

Paraben, talc and mineral oil free.

Net vol.: 12g

How to use:
One pack can be divided into 2 to 3 uses. For me, I divided into 2.
It's either put on the mask pack on dry gauze and let the essence seeps into your skin or you can just put the mask pack directly on your skin for about 15 to 25 minutes.

Packaging:

As you may already know, these packs are mini packs and this product actually comes in big packs with shapes of bottles. So, this is actually like great samples for those like me who love to try masks and packs.

This mini pack come in this butter-pack but you can get product description at the bottom of the pack.
Since it's featured ingredient is Carrot, the illustration is in orange hues. Look at those cute carrots

That's how it looks like. Slightly different from the illustrated in the posters, right? It contains carrots chunks in it and definitely give me the homemade wash-off masks feeling to it.

You guys can see the texture of the mask pack in the above photo. It's creamy with the little chunks of carrots in it.

Here's how it looks after massaging the mask pack on my skin.

Verdict:
I have read about 4 or 5 reviews before decided getting this mask pack and I think only review favours on the positive side of it.

For me, I preferably put on the mask on my face, I can say I totally understand when it comes to the burning sensation. So, in my personal experience, it's to your preference whether to put on more or less of that product on your skin. As I'm not one with sensitive skin, I'm quite okay with the burning sensation.

After leaving the mask pack for about half an hour, it's quite hard to wash it off off my skin. I think it's wise if you use dry gauze to avoid the difficulties of washing it off. As for me, I don't mind that.

After I'm done with the washing part, I was left with a super soft and slightly brightened skin.

Final verdict: 5/5. it's a 3-free product, give the result that I had expected and I totally in love with this variant. Totally will be repurchasing.

The retailed price for this product is RM9.90 in local Etude House store and as I got it during the weekend during November, it was on promotion and I got another pack for free, which is the Chestnut Shell mini pack.

I guess that's all for today's review, if you guys have suggestions on similar products, do share, okay!
